- junior college freshman enrollment and entrance examination.
- checking students’ final exam record.
- diploma conferring.
- Chinese/English transcript.
- academic administration, registration, reporting and issuing of certificates for all undergraduate levels.
- drafting each year’s academic calendar of the school
